Rewrite Your Role, Reclaim Your Power

This workshop is created to move program administrators from a place of disempowerment to empowerment and aid them in creating their dream role within their program or elsewhere. Participants will learn inventory the work they are currently doing and realign it with what they would like to do, based on their strengths, interests, and values. Participants will learn how to conduct a needs assessment and how to present this information to their supervisors. This workshop will provide an overview of the power of manifestation while helping program administrators create their ideal job and find clarity, purpose, and joy in the process.
