The Future, Year One: Recruitment Victories, Challenges, and Best Practices with ERAS-Thalamus

The AAMC announcement of its collaboration with Thalamus represents a sea change in the role of technology within GME's fundamental task of recruiting future generations of clinical physicians. It will not only impact the daily workflow for program administrators but also affect the recruitment experience for residency candidates and shape strategic planning at the institution and program-level.
