Courageous PAs + Powerful PA Survey Results = Bold Forward

For almost 10 years, the APDIM Program Administration Annual Survey has collected nationally representative data on internal medicine residency and fellowship program coordinators, managers, and associated administrative professionals. Developed by the APDIM Program Administrators Survey and Scholarship Committee, the survey provides trend data including but not limited to residency/fellowship program coordinator salaries, education level, workload and responsibilities, professional development needs, and outcomes such as screening for burnout. While the survey results have always been shared during the annual APDIM meeting, this workshop is designed to closely review the results with participants to help them take actionable steps to advance their career goals. This workshop provides opportunities to bold forward with the data results and get the additional support and advice on what to do with the data.
