Are You Professionally Developed?

This workshop is designed to help elevate the professional development journey, with a focus on how to present professional development opportunities to higher-ups in a way that will benefit the program, not only the individual. The workshop will provide an overview of various types of professional development and delve into data about staff career trajectories. Special attention will be directed toward data surrounding BIPOC and gender minorities in career opportunities/trajectories. Participants will leave the workshop prepared to advocate for their professional development needs.
